About us
Japan Intelligence Beauty Association (JIB) was established with a strong goal to help people enjoy their lives in their own styles by improving and supporting their work-life balance.
Woman's increased participation in the workforce caused an increase in the number of woman who keep their jobs after marriage and having children.
However, working full-time with a load of housework and childcare can be extremely stressful.
Would it not be great if you could take up a job you truly enjoy and if that allows you to work more efficiently?
We believe that it is important to “become a professional” in order to take control of your own life. Nowadays, this idea applies not only to women but to men as well.
Being good at something, being a professional will allow you to stand on your own feet , be independent and lead you to a fulfilling life.
Independence nurtures self confidence, which makes people strong and beautiful.
JIB is an association that encourages its members to “become professionals” in order to live theirs lives just like they want to by providing a skill. We would love to help people enjoy their most sparkling days waiting ahead of them.
It is also our mission to spread Japanese wonderful skills all over the world with our associate members and expand the community worldwide.

Message from the Representative

I started out with fashion related business. After experiencing a leg disease myself, I started a maker of walking sticks using Japanese manufacturing technology. Ever since then, “Made in Japan” has been the motto at my company which now has expanded its business to cosmetic areas as well. Our goal is to introduce the wonderful culture and beauty of Japan to the world. Through the years, I have been blessed with wonderful friends and opportunities to experience the amazing Japanese culture and its craftsmanship. My friends there have told me how much people are struggling trying to find the best balance between work and life. I believe that AI will have a big impact on people's working styles. A large number of people will lose their jobs and the options of jobs will eventually be limited. Unable to choose jobs, depending on income from a job one does not enjoy, not living a life one wants to, healthy seniors with no jobs.... People are building up stress under such circumstances. One day, my friend gave a Japanese-style beauty treatment to her foreign friend and was very much appreciated. It worked amazingly which surprised her. I was once again assured that Japanese craftsmanship was wonderful even in the beauty field as well. Could learning this craft unique to Japan allow people to keep a good work-life balance and enable them to earn income by doing something they enjoy? Could they make good friends and feel more satisfied? I came to believe that it would lead them to more independence. Independence will help building self-confidence and will strengthen minds and enable people to shine. Japan Intelligence Beauty has been established to support those who want to become a professional craftsman using Japanese wonderful skills and beauty and to work for increasing awareness of such skills around the world. JIB is an association that “Gives shape to thoughts”. Our most important goal is to help our members to become independent and help them enjoy a sparkling life.
